This website, rumcayrealestate.villas, presents the Rum Cay Beachfront Collection: a private sale of beachfront lots and custom homes on Rum Cay, The Bahamas, offered directly by the owner. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage.

Conversations. If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we keep a record of that correspondence and notes from our calls so we can follow up properly.

Where analytics or advertising tools are enabled, they may also record how you arrived at the site (for example a Google or Facebook ad) and whether you submitted an enquiry.
We do not ask for payment details, passport numbers or other identity documents through this website.
